​Sandra Duhamel is a creative communications leader with 17 years of experience elevating hospitality, luxury, and lifestyle brands. A New York native turned Miami insider, she masterfully blends sharp strategy with authentic narratives that command market attention, drive measurable business results, and build lasting legacies.
In 2024, Sandra founded JOIE PR STUDIO, a boutique consultancy specializing in bespoke communications solutions for forward-thinking brands and leaders that celebrate the joy of living and dare to dream big. Her clients include iconic brands such as Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Omni Hotels & Resorts, and Accor Premium, Midscale & Economy Brands. Her integrated approach and commercial acumen allow her to bridge big-picture strategy with meticulous hands-on attention, whether it’s securing top-tier press, cultivating brand partnerships, shaping executive voices, or creating buzzworthy brand moments.

Prior to starting her consultancy, Sandra served as the Executive Director of Communications and Public Relations for Accor, North & Central America, leading corporate and brand strategy for the Group and a portfolio of over 20 luxury, premium and lifestyle brands, including Sofitel and Raffles. An award-winning strategist, she orchestrated high-profile launches, grand openings, and C-suite thought leadership programs while simultaneously championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives as the Regional Chair for RiiSE, Accor’s DEIB program.

Sandra’s career began at prominent global PR agencies, including Burson-Marsteller (now BURSON) and Harrison & Shriftman, where she contributed to one of the largest IPOs in history and shaped strategies for clients such as Marriott (CALA), Tourism New Zealand, and Porsche Latin America. Her expertise extends to high-impact global sponsorships and events, having managed communications for brands such as Visa and Sony at the Olympics and FIFA World Cup, as well as luxury brand activations, including Harper's Bazaar at Art Basel Miami Beach and Safilo at the Latin Grammys.

Based in South Florida, Sandra lives in a trilingual, multicultural home with her husband and two children. Her work is deeply inspired by travel, art, design, and gastronomy, elements that fuel her global perspective.
